Notice of acquisition of the company Ask Tec d.o.o.
The company M SAN Grupa d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) signed a contract on May 21, 2024,
to acquire a 100% ownership stake in the company Ask Tec d.o.o., Pristina, Kosovo, which had previously
been under the direct control of the sole member of the Issuer. This acquisition is being carried out for the
purpose of consolidating all distribution companies within the same business vertical.
