Company M SAN Grupa d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on Friday, May 31, 2024,
a meeting of the Company’s Assembly was held during which Bruno Jozić, the current Country Manager for Montenegro,
was appointed as a new member of the Company’s Board. The decision enters into force on June 1, 2024.
